Pregnancy

During pregnancy every mummy to be is different.
We all find different ways of getting comfortable, some of us are constantly hot,
some change temperature all the time. During your pregnancy massage keeping you
comfortable is my top priority. There are multiple pillows, bolsters and cushions to help you get as comfortable as possible.
I always like to use sheets rather than towels as these are easier to wrap around you and don’t make you uncomfortably warm. Even in winter we have the option of a fan if you feel a hot wave coming!
If you have your own pillow you are more than welcome to bring it along with you. Due to the current climate I am unable to offer drinks so please feel free to bring your own, and also a snack if you like.
All of these will be discussed at your appointment so you can see all options as your comfort is my top priority.

I am also now very excited to introduce the Anna pregnancy pillow.
After many months of research, I can finally introduce the Anna pillow by Natal Comfort,
which is the most amazing addition to my pregnancy routine.
This pillow allows you to have a massage lying on your front!
The Anna pillow improves sleep, reduces back pain, will help eliminate sore hips
and sides and also relieve pelvic girdle pain.
